Solicitations and Bids:
The TCA Contracts and Procurement Department, under the authority
of and in compliance with board approved procedures, operates
under the requirements of local, county, state, and federal
laws and guidelines, and uses commonly known acquisition processes
to obtain the best construction, services, materials, equipment,
and supplies for the Agency from qualified sources. The TCA
uses the "open competition" guidelines when circumstances
permit and negotiated solicitations for special requirements
and unique situations. See below for the list of current Requests
for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bids (IFB).
